Subj:		Informatica- FEXP Issue : FEXP_87016 : Received

Hi,

I'm trying to use FEXP in Informatica ( V 8.1.1 0831 600) to extract data. I'm new to Informatica and currently facing this issue when I execute the session. Nothing is written to the Target File, however the staging file(Intermediate file generated by Informatica) has the data.

Content of Informatica session log, indicating the error.

     : Dev_Node8 : FEXP_87016 : Received unexpected data.
     2008-07-29 17:10:09 : ERROR : (3358966 | READER_1_1_1) : (IS | TEST_Svc)
     : Dev_Node8 : SDKS_38200 : Partition-level [sq_Source]: Plug-in #305400
     failed in run().

I tested the FEXP informatica session that is being used for the above extracts, with a simple query ( Sel * on DBname.Tablename). I get the desired FEXP results.

Appreciate if someone can throw some light on this.
