Let me add some more points.

There is no "Analyze table" command in teradata. But you can make use of the statistics wizard.

1) You can use Teradata Statistics wizard & Gather statistics based on recommendations.The Statistics Wizard also recommends when statistics should be recollected on those columns. Statistics Wizard analyzes a workload and makes recommendations, based on the defined workload.

2) You can define workload by using

a) dbql

b)statement text

c)QCD statements

d)Import workload
