Here is my version number. Can any one point to the fix # for the bug.

     RELEASE   V2R.06.01.01.106
     VERSION   06.01.01.105a

Soumya and Michael - You are probably running a version with the bug fixed, you are getting the correct results.

Michael - I never realized that 'not exists' will perform better than the 'outer join' on Teradata. It might have been a habit formed from other DB platforms.
