You can run the command from cnstool as below.

1-Logon to system MPAAS machine

2- write command cnstool

3- write 6:start updatespace

4- you will get a another window like 1 or 2 in my case I am getting window 2.

5- write the command 2:UPDATE [SPOOL | TEMPORARY | ALL] SPACE FOR {ALL DATABASES | dbname} ;
