Hi,

Below are the steps should be followed to enable and use the locking logger.

Modify the Database Control Record by running the dbscontrol console utility via Remote Console. You should then restart the system.

Warning: In order to use Locking Logger, the database user must have the necessary database privileges. Make sure the user was created via the Teradata Manager Database Setup utility.

To start Locking Logger

a From the Teradata Manager menu bar, choose Investigate > Locking Logger
