The table "PM_EDW_MSTR_D.d_ORGANIZATION" is a part of some cluster with the common column as PM_EDW_MSTR_D.d_ORGANIZATION.ORG_ID, whereas the
table containing PARTY_ID as the primary index column will not be a part of the same cluster.
So, it could take a longer time to retrieve values for PM_EDW_MSTR_D.d_ORGANIZATION.ORG_ID.
Is this understanding correct?
