When you use the Index Wizard to do a partition analysis, it just executes the same INITIATE PARTITION ANALYSIS SQL request as you would run as
a standalone request, so the results should be identical provided you specify the same options in both cases.
The same is true, mutatis mutandis, for INITIATE INDEX ANALYSIS.
