Hi,

I just stumbled across this **extremely** useful article that explains how clients connect to a Teradata environment using the nodes defined in a hosts file or DNS:

Can anyone recommend similar reading material on the same subject? I have all the Teradata documentation and use the reference manuals regularly, but I don’t know where to look for stuff like this.

Also, are papers presented at Teradata Partners conferences **really** not available to the general public?
