One thing about using an ordered OLAP statement to get a view sorted: unless it's part of the SQL standard that this _must_ produce an ordered
view, all you can say is that in the current version(s) of Teradata, it seems consistently to return a sorted view basis. You cannot count on it
working in all situations, and you cannot count on it working in future releases.
