To change the PI I will have to convince that the same cannot be achieved by using secondary index or any other way.

That's why I'd put the whether it can be achieved by some other means.

Also, though the table is skewed I want to be sure that there is no way I can improve my mload script.

I am quite new to using the teradata utilities.
