Plus, the lockign row for access is less work when doing active warehousing that mostly targets single rows. Locking <table> for acess puts lockx a across all amps and is unecessary overhead.

So bottom line, we all use locking row for access because it is efficient for single amp work, and will automatically be escallated if necessary
