We are on V2R6.1. When a user tried to grant access to a co-worker to their default db the following error was returned. I thought the user
would have AUTOMATIC rights on their db to grant rights. I tried having the user give WITH GRANT OPTION rights to themself and got the same error.
How do we make it so the user is "automatically" given WITH GRANT OPTION rights to their own db? I tried having the user give WITH GRANT OPTION
rights to themself and got the same error.
Grant All On user1-db To user2
