Treatment: stop Tera DBMS, reboot server, Teradata came back up and appears just fine.

We don't know what stopped the two services on the Windows server. The loss of these two services seems to be the immediate cause of the loss of connectivity to the Tera box. If this is the case, what caused the services to stop?

Teradata GTW Reserve Port

Teradata RDBMS Initiator Service
