Another thought:

Run a FastExport against the table and set the MLoad Parm. This will generate a MLoad script as an output of the FastExport (sample 1 to restrict the output file).

Editing the generated MLoad script to meet any custom needs should be fairly easy.

For that matter building the FastEx scripts should be fairly easy also.
