The latest patch releases for the different versions are:

     6.1.0.3
     6.2.0.3
     7.0.0.4
     7.1.0.8
     7.2.0.3

There are a lot of enhancements in 7.0 compared to 6.1 - but probably the most noticable changes are in 7.2.
