UDF errorMessage text will only appear as part of a 7504 error or 7505 warning message returned to the user. It won't be accessible to a SP,
for example, though the SQLSTATE will.
It's also possible the text would be ignored unless SQLSTATE is one of the user-defined classes, i.e. U0xxx error or 01Hxx warning; I haven't
tried it with predefined values.
