Please note TIME(0) will be treated as integer in ANSI mode not in TERADATA mode. I believe you created the table using queryman and using a DSN having Session Mode defined as ANSI.

To confirm use help session and check for transaction semantics column.

anyone using this need to be careful during deployment.
