R U re-collecting STATS on UPIs USIs, very unique NUPIs and/or NUSIs? The cardinality of the index(es), columns determines the stats collection elapsed time. Have you tried USING SAMPLE on any UPIs USIs? Or have you monitored with PMON to make sure there is no "blocking" going on?
