Dave, I'm going for my second beverage reward:

          > SELECT mgr,emp,0
          > FROM EMP
          > WHERE JOB_TITLE='ONE'

seems to be missing a join to the other table, the one which has the JOB_TITLE column. EMP does not have such a column.
