I'm not sure, but there could be better ways to find this out. Here are the queries which can help you find the #of nodes and AMPS

     sel distinct NodeId, NCPUs
     sel * from DBC.ResGeneralInfoView;

     sel  nodeid, vproc
     FROM dbc.ResCPUUsageByAMPView
     group by 1,2
