Thanks for your email.

But I want to check user id's status and not session status.

Let me explain it little more.

In "Profile" under Password attributes, we are specifying "Max Attempts" number. If user tried to logon with wrong password, user id gets LOCKed after given max attempts. We can release lock (Locked user id) using Teradata Administrator/Modify user. But before releasing LOCK, I would like to check its status to make sure "Is user id locked or its password expired?"
