What version of TD are you using to get 15 mloads? I can only run 5 simultaneously in the background on one box. Any others submitted during that time on that box wait for one of them to finish before it will start.

I haven't tried submit more than 5 using more than one box. Is the limit 15 for the DB?

2633 Too many load/unload tasks running: try again later

This error reads that the limit is 5. But is also reads to Check var/adm/streams for more information but I did not see anything there.
