Newer versions of Teradata Manager use a "localmenu.txt" file that you create in the Teradata Manager\bin directory.

There is no longer a profile manager to add new menus. All menus are added under a new main menu called 'Local' that will only appear if you create a localmenu.txt file. (Instructions are available in the User Guide.)

This will only allow you to add menus to the main Teradata Manager window - not to the Remote Console window. (As far as I know we never allowed you to add menus to the individual applications.)
