This happens in QM 7.0.0.01 version running on W2K too. If you press CTRL+C more than 3 times, then it works. Also, if you press CTRL+X (Cut),
the same problem is seen - the window goes out of focus. If you press CTRL+X more than 3 times, then you get a message "The Document is deleted",
the it works fine for sometime and then later the same problem is seen. I often see this behavior when copying huge text.
