I have a table like this

     col1    |     col2      |
       2           200
       6            10
       9           400
      13            60

and I want result set like this

      0        200
      1        200
      2        200
      3        200
      4        200
      5        200
      6         10
      7         10
      8         10
      9        400
     10        400
     11        400
     12        400
     13         60

Please send me any pointers to get the same done through SQL
