Subj:		Can't extract data (FASTEXPORT) from a remote teradataserver

Hi,

I am in the process of creating flat files from a remote teradata prod server, using FASTEXPORT. I however get the following error when I execute my script

     0001 .LOGTABLE FEXPLogTable;
     0002 .LOGON TDW_PROD/sg0578017,;
     **** 16:53:48 UTY1006 CLI error: 224, MTDP: EM_NOHOST(224): name not in
     HOSTS file or names
          database.

          .       Start : 16:53:46 - TUE APR 04, 2006
          .       End   : 16:53:48 - TUE APR 04, 2006
          .       Highest return code encountered = '12'.

I do have created a DSN for the remote teradata source, I feel that I am missing something connection settings since FASTEXPORT does not use ODBC.

Please advise.
