Has anyone thought of automating space management. Like

- adding 10% of currentperm (space) to a Database if the [maxperm - currentperm] reaches to 10% of maxperm

- removing 20% of currentperm (space) from a Database if the ]maxperm - currentperm] reaches to 50% of maxperm
