We've been using TSM on our Teradata system for about a year now and have generally had a good experience with it.
Arrange for a "peer contact" with your Teradata mkting person to get folks at SUPERVALU in a conference call or simply call me directly and the
two of us can discuss some of our experiences; I could send you a tech architecture diagram of our implementation.
In general, our experience is good, better than our old mainframe strategy, but there have been a couple of bumps!
