The cnsterm command is part of PDE and provides an interactive "command line" text interface to a specified "subwindow" of the database console
subsystem (CNS). Access to CNS via the Database Window GUI is documented, but outside of the "man" page, I'm not aware of any available
documentation for cnsterm itself. Any utility you can run via DBW should also work via cnsterm, but there will be some operational differences
such as using the interrupt key to end one cnsterm connection and then executing another cnsterm command (instead of just pointing and clicking)
to "switch windows".
