Aside from JCL PROCS which contains a steplib as outlined by Micah, you could potentially persuade a friendly MVS sysprog to put teradata load
modules in the linklist.
That way they would be found without coding anything.
Overall Micah's suggestion of PROCs is the way to go because sooner or later (if not now) you will have INMODS and it would be inappropriate to
include those in the linklist.
