I had a lot of session disconnects in SQLA and TDADMIN, as did another coworker here. I narrowed it down to "not working when connected to the standard network", but "working when connected via VPN from home". Even if not using the VPN software, various networking hiccups occurred and I was taking an incredible amount of hits - showing primarily in SQLA and TDADMIN. After a short/sweet VPN reinstall (same exact version), I've had 100% no issues with this since.

Even if you're not using VPN or don't have VPN installed, I'd check into your network connection and see if you can get something reinitialized there.
