Hi,

I got a problem with teradata V2R6:

Yesterday I halted the RDBMS, but failed to restart it; the Database Windows displays the following message:

" Connection failed. Connect() failed: Windows error 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."

The teradata run ok before; what is the cause to make it down? And how to fix the problem?
