That would be an exceedingly BAD IDEA.

All of the utilities and functions in Teradata depend on those names being what they are. You probably would end up with a nonfunctional system.

Also if you request service, from NCR they would not be able to help you because the tools for maintenance all depend on those names.

If you must, you could revoke access to these accounts so they cannot be used from you network, but I would advise against changing any of them.
