Thanks for the clarification, however, the creator is not the immediate owner in my case, i.e, the user running the procedure is a regular user and the procedure and the table exists in the production database. This looks like a restriction that limits the usability of this feature. I believe it is normal that all the objects are owned by a restricted user (database) , and that regular users are not allowed to connect as the database owner. What is the workaround (is it dynamic SQL?).
