Forgot to mention that tables can be used with 3.3.0.11 and CR9.0 but views work fine.

I knew that 3.3.0.11 was a 3.x ODBC driver but thought it would work with the V2.x interface in CR 9.0

Business Objects has placed CR9.0 in non-support status and they don't supply updates, patches for non-support software.
