See the following steps

I've issued

     Begin Transaction ;
     Lock tablename exclusive ;


Then I fired

     Select * from tavblename;


Now I've opened a new session and fired

     Release lock dbname ,override , all;


But the lock is not getting released the process is running after this release


Can any body have the solution for this
