Dieter,

Just wanted a clarification. Is it working with DT coz the DT is being materialized in spool and the comparision with "some_table" in the delete statement takes place with the spool?

     Delete from some_table
     Where (col1, col2, col3) in
       (select *
        from
          (Select col1, col2, col3
            From some_table
            Sample 50) dt
        );
