You can't automatically abort 'Responding' sessions with any of the Teradata Manager tools.

You could use the Monitor Object to write your own little program (even use Excel if you dont know VB or C.) to do this ... but bear in mind that there will probably be sessions that are VALIDLY 'Responding' for a long time, so make sure you also check the UserId (or LogonSource) to make sure it really is one of these BO sessions.

Look in the \samples directory under Teradata Manager for examples of such an application.
