Harold,
I generally start at 10 minutes. Just remember that what you are collecting is the info for the 60 seconds preceding the time you do your
query, not the whole period. If you need higher resolution, you have to collect more frequently. I find that 10 minutes gives a good starting
point to see trending and such.
