To my knowledge there is no such data readily available in TD.
There are, however, ways to poll and log the rollback information on a regular basis. One of them is described here:

I am not sure this method will catch *all* the rollbacks, though. It might miss out on an occasional quick rollback which fits within one
polling interval.
