Hi All,

Could anyone please tell me the reason why a simple select with a mod function works, but when I try creating view out of that it does not create.

Eg:- select mod(10,3) test

returns 1

But when I create a view on this select, it fails :-

     create view bazzee.test  as
     select mod(10,3) tt

error returned:

Syntax error : expected something between the select keyword and the mod keyword.
