I need to set up TDQM Rule for blocking users for different times on 2 consecutive days from 9 am from Tuesday till 1 pm on Wednesday.

Is there any other way, rather than making 2 identical rules with different timings. Do I make 2 rules

Rule Tuesday I say Date/Time Settings as Tuesday from 09:00 till 22:59 Rule Wednesday I say Date/Time Settings as Wednesday from 00:00 till 13:00.

Also if I have to make a rule to stop a particular user from 1 pm till 5 pm. How do I enable a TDQM Object Access Rule for just 1 Teradata user.
