I have be asked an interesting question that I have no answer for regarding the maximum number of utilities (block oriented) that can be run at a time.

I know that the number is defined in the DBS Cntrol record.

What I do not know is how Teradata figures out how many are currently executing.

Is this stored in a table somewhere?
