We use OLE DB via an ODBC driver into the AS400. Load times are comparable to FTP and load techniques to the Win2K server. If I recall, we saw roughly 10GB/hr for 1 stream. That 1 stream was not causing a saturation of LAN, or the Win2K server so I assume we could have run more streams in parallel if we had the need.
