Although you can make it much more sophisticated, here is a general idea:

From Queryman, run this query:

     Sel 'Show View ' || trim(databasename)||'.'||trim(tablename)||';'  As XQL
     from dbc.tables where tablekind='V';

Paste the XQL created above into Queryman, select the option to export results to a single file and run the queries.

This will create a file with all your views.
