oops, this,

     select *
     from View1
     where ((field1 IS NULL AND field2 IS NULL) OR
            (field1 IS NOT NULL AND field2 IS NOT NULL) )

i believe is XAND. the other guys have already sent plenty examples of XOR so i won't resend that.
