Very interested in the answer to this question, and I also have a followup question.

If the block size is less relevant with cylinder read enabled, does this mean I can use smaller block sizes to allow the NUSI's to be used more often, without affecting full table scan times? For example, if I cut the block size in half, I presume I can select twice as many rows using the NUSI and with cylinder read enabled, I presume my full table scan times will be unaffected.

Is this correct?
