The error message indicates that the SAS/Access to Teradata product is either installed at all or has not been properly configured on your environment.

If licensed (it is a separate product from SAS), its use may be restricted by your systems people. It that case, they will have a special CLIST or EXEC that you must use.

So, ask your local systems people what to do.

If it is available, I strongly urge you to read the SAS/Access to Teradata white paper on the SAS support web site.
