Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I do not believe that the max value workaround will be safe in a multi connection
environment.
Is anyone using identities to solve the problem of unique id generation? DBC.IdCol looks like a potential solution but the documentation is
not specific on its usage in this regard.
