In 4.1.4 (3643) you can also set the default Owner for new objects, or all objects, within the Model Properties/Defaults tab .... this is quite useful.

In addition, many of the DBMS's supported by Erwin have an Override Owner box within the Table tab of the Forward Engineer facility, which is further flexibility.
